terms and conditions

Thanks for booking in your hire items with She Creates Weddings. Securing your booking means you have read and accept these terms.

BOOKING

Enquire with your wishlist of items you wish to hire, and we will then confirm the availability of the products. Please provide the names and details for the designs.

DEPOSIT

All orders require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. There is no bond required.

PAYMENT

We accept payments by cash or bank transfer. EFT reference/description is your name and hire date. Total payment is due before or on collection.

COLLECTION & RETURNS

The pick-up location is 8 Heath Avenue, Tea Tree Gully, 5091. All larger items are collapsible and easy to fit in your car. Closer to your date we will arrange collection (preferably Wednesday daytime, Thursday nights or Fridays days). Returns can be no later than Tuesday evening to allow preparation time for the next booking.

A late fee of $20.00 per day will be charged for all hire items that are not returned by Tuesday (unless alternative agreements have been made prior to collecting).

DELIVERY

Delivery can be arranged, however additional delivery charges will apply depending on your location, to account for time and fuel costs, for orders over $200.00. Delivery fees start at $50.00 (Adelaide Hills) to account for onsite set-up time (Barossa Valley from $75.00; Mclaren Vale and Clare Valley $100). Delivery availability is limited and details must be confirmed as soon as possible (please provide set-up time and whether separate collection is required next day).

DAMAGE

All breakages, damage or losses must be paid for by the hirer. Damage to our items would result in a replacement purchase. Parasols must be purchased in multiples of twelve even as a replacement. Mirrors, cameras, and glassware require full replacement.

PACKAGING & STORAGE ITEMS

All storage or packaging items provided to transport items must

be returned, or a fee of $15.00 will be required for replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, deposits will not be returned in the event of a cancellation.

BOOKING NOTICE

Linen and fabric signage, seating plans, and ribbon tags require a minimum of three weeks notice to allow for stock and availability.
